Vizera for companies. Agreed, not promised.

From six users, Vizera becomes a negotiated contract: scope, price, data processing, availability, your own model and exit are agreed in writing. What this contract can cover is set out here – from the terms, the DPA and the data export page, as of September 15, 2026.

Contract and scope. From six users.

Enterprise is not a plan with a price tag but an individual contract. Three points it handles differently from the standard plans.

Scope and price as needed

From six users, more seats, custom integrations or your own model: scope, billing period, price and included credits are set out in the contract. “For individually negotiated Enterprise contracts, the individual contract takes precedence in the event of conflicts.”

Availability in writing only

“For standard plans there is no guaranteed availability, response time or recovery time. An SLA applies only if it has been expressly agreed in writing in an Enterprise contract.” What you need is agreed – not assumed.

Term and renewal

“The subscription renews for the same billing period unless it is canceled before it expires; deviating Enterprise rules remain reserved.” Term, notice period and the advance notice period for the exit are set out in the contract.

Verbatim from the terms, sections 1, 3 and 5, as of September 15, 2026.

Data processing. Published, not negotiated.

If your company processes personal data as controller and Vizera does so on your behalf, the published data processing agreement applies – with annexes on security measures and sub-processors.

DPA with a Swiss module

The data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with a module for the revised Swiss Data Protection Act, plus Annex 2 with the technical and organizational measures and Annex 3 with all sub-processors – per feature, with contracting entity and training position.

Hosted in Europe

“Application operations, database and storage: Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region (Belgium).” Sign-in runs via Firebase Authentication in the USA; the basis is standard contractual clauses with the supplements required for Switzerland. We do not claim a Swiss data center.

Thirty days’ notice for new providers

The DPA provides a 30-day notice period for relevant changes to sub-processors. Which feature uses which provider is set out in the list of sub-processors; it is reviewed with every change of provider.

From the data processing agreement (§ 6, § 13) and the privacy policy (sections 5 and 6), as of September 15, 2026.

Your own model. On written commission.

Vizera does not train its own general models with customer data. A model that belongs only to you and learns your visual language is a separately commissioned service.

No training use by Vizera

“Vizera does not train its own general models with customer data.” This applies to every plan and without any setting – including the images your team renders day to day.

Your model, only for you

“On a separate written commission, however, Vizera can train a model intended exclusively for that customer using its data.” Purpose, data, provider, deletion and usage rights are then agreed separately – governed in the DPA as § 2a.

Model providers named individually

The default model on all plans is a Google model whose API terms exclude training use. Providers with possible training use (Flux) must be actively chosen; the Enterprise contract can fix model routes for your team.

Verbatim from the terms, section 8, and the data processing agreement, § 2a, as of September 15, 2026.

Export and exit. No switching fee.

What you create with Vizera remains yours – during the contract and afterwards. Three commitments from the page “Data export and switching providers”.

Download at any time

“You can download generated and edited images and videos directly from the platform at any time.” Your team’s day-to-day work needs no request – images go out as PNG.

Full export within 30 days

On request to privacy@vizera.ai, Vizera provides a full export within 30 calendar days: original files, generated images and videos, project structure, prompts, parameters and account, team and usage data – as JPG, PNG, MP4 and JSON or CSV in a ZIP archive. The export is free of charge.

Switch, own infrastructure or deletion

“At the end of the contract, you can choose between switching to another provider, moving to your own infrastructure or deleting your exportable data.” After handover, the data remains available for retrieval for at least 30 days; it is then deleted unless a statutory obligation prevents this.

From the page “Data export and switching providers” and the terms, section 6a, as of September 15, 2026. Export is currently provided on request, not as a self-service feature.

Teams and billing. Before the Enterprise contract.

Up to five users, no contract is needed: the Team plan, credits and payment by invoice are available to every firm.

Team with three or five users

The Team plan is available with three or five users, and additional seats can be added; prices are on the pricing page. From six users, it becomes the Enterprise contract.

Credits as the unit of use

“The specific scope of services, billing period, price, included credits and any usage limits are shown before ordering and recorded in the contract confirmation.” Credits are not a means of payment and not transferable; no plan offers unlimited images.

Payment by invoice

Companies can pay by QR-bill or bank transfer on request, and in Germany and Austria by invoice and SEPA transfer. Write to us and we will set up billing.

From the pricing page and the terms, section 3, as of September 15, 2026.

What is not part of the standard.

Three things Enterprise pages like to promise that at Vizera exist only in the contract – or not at all.

No unlimited images

Every plan and every contract includes credits; what an image or a video costs depends on the model and resolution and is shown before ordering. “Unlimited” would be a promise we could not keep.

No Swiss data center

Vizera is a Swiss provider hosted in Europe – operations, database and storage in Belgium. If you need data processed exclusively in Switzerland, we have no other answer for you.

Single sign-on and API by agreement only

Sign-in via your identity provider and API access are not standard features but part of the Enterprise conversation: before signing, we clarify what we can provide for your case and by when.

What we need for a quote.

Three pieces of information, and we reply with a proposal instead of a form.

Users and usage

How many people work with Vizera, in which teams, with roughly how many images per month – and in which programs your models are built.

Contract and data requirements

Do you need an SLA, special deadlines, confidentiality requirements from your clients, specific model routes or your own model? The more specific, the faster the proposal.

What you can review in advance

The terms, privacy policy, data processing agreement with annexes and the page “Data export and switching providers” are public. Your legal and IT teams can read them before we talk.

Questions about Enterprise.

Answers on size, price, data processing, SLA, your own model, exit and sign-in.

From six users, or earlier if your clients require an SLA, special deadlines or contractual commitments that the Team plan does not include. Up to five users, the Team plan with the published DPA is enough.

Let’s talk about your contract.
